Welcome to the right lifestyle for you and your student.
The Roeshot PRoperty Difference
We're here to offer privacy, comfort and value. We don't offer a resort experience. There are other firms in town providing pool parties, exercise rooms and gourmet kitchens, but we know this isn't for everybody.
What we do know is that your son or daughter has come to State College to get an education and why not start that education by using affordable housing. Planning for the future starts now, education is expensive enough. Why take out even more loans to afford a glamorous style of living.
Responsive Management Team
We make a 24/7 commitment to our residents. Our maintenance team will always have someone available to assist residents with emergency requests. We strive to complete all maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours and the majority of the requests are at no cost to the tenant. Residents can easily submit a maintenance request through our website or by calling the leasing office during regular office hours at (814) 238-8788.
Our apartments, though, are affordable for one or two people to rent. We do have select properties that can comfortably provide housing accommodations for up to three tenants! That's why, historically, Falk Realty has had 100% occupancy and great tenant reviews.
We are proud to offer the best locations for student apartments. All of our 14 properties are a quick walk/bike ride to campus, food, shopping, and much more. For those who have their own car, all of our properties offer parking options on a first come, first serve basis.
For potential renters having more than one resident per apartment. Please inquire with our office about additional parking options.
The State College Borough offers street parking for S. Corl Street residents only for as little as $10 per year!
Our apartments give students more space, more quiet, and more peace-of-mind. Renting with our higher-priced competitors means sharing an apartment with many roommates - often strangers. Student dynamics change rapidly and frequently.
