If payment is made via debit or credit card, you will incur a $29.95 transaction fee. Please check availability of apartments prior to submitting your security deposit. A security deposit refund can take up to 7-10 business days to process.

If you are a full time student and do not receive a monthly stipend or any source of income, you will need to have a guarantor/co-signer.

This original form needs to be  emailed or mailed to our office. This form must be submitted within 7 business days or your lease sign date.

Income verification.

Professionals:

- Two most recent pay stubs

- Letter of job acceptance indicating salary

Retirees:

- Previous year W-2

- Proof of monthly pension or retirement earnings


INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS


All international students are required to provide:

- VISA

-SSN or Passport

-Proof of sufficient income or Guarantor/co-signer form
